I am a mother of 2 children and therefore fully understand the needs of a busy woman who wants to keep in shape. Nutrition and fitness are my passion. I received a Bachelors Degree from BYU in Fitness and Wellness Management and I am a certified personal trainer with American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). I work with women of all ages and abilities. I use motivational techniques to really get you going. I keep things simple to help you achieve the results you want.
